USA, Argentina and Haiti

Well, the story is easy:

USA (Im trying to created my own usa character) latelly wa way more nagged by latinamerican countries because of what happened in Copenhague and by himself for waht happened in the lections of the host for the olimpic games...

So he tried to compensate the last fails with arriving first to help Haiti...

But he found Argentina already there...

How?.-.--Welll---------- Argentina already had assets operating in the theater as part of peacekeeping operations, including an AAF mobile hospital, that was the only hospital that survived.... treating nearly 1,000 people on the first night following the earthquake and one of the only medical facilities that remained functional around Port-au-Prince, and their two UH-1N military helicopters, part of UN flight, carried a number of the more severely injured to the Dominican Republic for further medical treatment.

Too already arrived the Argentine Air Force C-130 Hercules aircraft carrying various emergency aid; comunications items, doctors, medicine and hospital stuff, and food, and others.

So, it wa sthat way.. Is not like USA arrived late, The thing was taht Arg was already there before XD
